- Kathy Sweeney, prior to the 19 years as CEO of THE SRS GROUP, Kathy worked in executive positions for several mortgage banking firms including IMCO, formerly Wells Fargo Mortgage, Chase Home Mortgage, Unified Mortgage, First Corporate and Bancshares Mortgage. Kathy also owned a small mortgage brokerage, Pacific National Mortgage, which she sold in the late 1980s. In 2008 Kathy sold SRS to ISGN and stayed to head up ISGN staffing group. Her many years of business success gives her a distinct advantage in understanding workplace issues for the average American worker. Kathy looks forward to assisting her Blog readers in this challenging market they face.
